      It was in a particularly good location quite close to everything we walked to the twin towers from there.

      The property has a favourable location, really close to stops of Purple and Blue free bus lines, othe interested place to visit, and the beach. And it's by Klang River.

      It was very uncomfortable for me and my children due to a lot of construction going on in side of building. Large sounds start early at 7 A.M. and continues till late afternoon. I wish I would have stayed at Micasa Suite which I switched to Maple ...for season full house. My bad luck. Staff was very unfriendly as well and hostile at some point. Breakfast cooks would say we r out of eggs...? And room cleaning would get mad if u ask for fresh towels..? It was a disaster although they were charging $ 270 for 2 bed apartment but stay was unpleasant mostly because of construction sound. Also tv sets were from 1970's like a small box... Lousy stay would never recoommend for families stay.Managers promised to refund if I write email to Senior Managers but senior manager refused my request which I assure you reflects there Unprofessional, unethical and casual approach of running a Lousy apartment hotel . they say it is 3 star I think it is 1 star or even less.

      We truly enjoyed satisfactory breakfasts and fantastic views!

      Fabulous hotel in a handy location near the tourists spots, the services were excellent. Location: the property was right by all the pubs and restaurants, public transport, and China Town, Bkt Bintang, KLCC and Changkat Raja Chulan pubs. Stopped by Betty's Cafe to get some coffee and treats, its very close to the venue, recommend.

      the location, and the staff, were very helpful, and always at hand.i would go back just because of that.

      the balcony height concerned me, it seemed a bit low and dangerous, especially being on the 21st floor, but that i suppose is the building itself. The carpets need changing, it seemed quite, manky. thats the only bit that i would like changed definitely.

      Everything at Maple Suite was Good & Comfortable including helping nature of Entire Staff.One suggestion Apartment.Rest all was Excellent.Would certainly recommend to all my Friends & Relatives who intend to Travel Kuala Lumpur for Holidays in Future.

      I shall like to make suggestion regarding Providing Water Bottles.Hotel must Provide daily at least 02 Water Bottles.We were Total 05 Adults & 01 Child Staying in a 02 Bedroom Superior.I Did not like Hotel not providing water bottles daily.

      it's location and facilities as we were a family the staff were very helpful

      the compressor of the ac in the master bedroom was so noisy that i felt i was sleeping in a railway station i would suggest the management to change it suite 1803
